Only play the demo. Just fun to no scope the m21 sniper then pull out the m9 and kill him everytime when at the same time he's shooting you with everything he's got.

Ha ha gets them everytime!

I own it and finished campaign in 2 days. Now i have to get used to the multiplayer again. I was part of the beta test for the PS3 and really enjoyed it.

haha no kidding. I haven't played much FPS in the last 5 years or so. My friend was all amped up about Modern Combat 2, so I gave it a shot on his PS3.

Yeah, uhh... joystick/gamepad + FPS = major fail. I played for like 10 minutes, and was improving, but I wasn't enjoying it at all. Every step of the way my mind was like how the hell can anyone actually aim with their thumb?

It's like driving games that use a button for the accelerator... does not work.

FPS with multiplayer=NOT ON PC.

The beauty of FPS on say xbox is the enormous ammount of online players, and quickness games get put together. If you have like 2 large to spend on a boss system, cool......or you can get a game that runs damn near as well on xbox for 1/4 the price, and you can actually have people online to play with!!! thats the end all be all for me

**** MICROSOFT----So my good friend lives down in LB, my bro lives in sf, and my other buddy in the east bay but he is on a tight leash. It's the only time i talk to my bro much and my friend down south (besides aim). We all decided to get it, and get on and play.......buddy down south gets home from gamestop got a ps3 BF in an xbox box????

my bro went to boot up and got ring of death, xbox is out of warranty........he doesn't really care that much about playing as hes busy

now i've wasted my money too, and got no one to play with....

Yea PC all the way. The way I see it, I've always had a high end PC running all my multi-media (Music, streaming HD movies to HDTV). Why get another gadget just to play games when the PC can do it all? I have everything maxed out and it looks awesome! I never got into the consol gaming thing, hate those little control pads.

Question: Are the consol games limited to something less than 32 players per game? On the PC it's 32 with talks of 40 coming soon.

As far as connectivity, haven't had any issues so far. Looking to fill my friends list,
look for me online "Regular Guy".

Battlefield BC2 reminds me of Operation Flashpoint, which is another good FPS.

That is where you are wrong though. For Bad Company 2, it has already been found that the PC version population is bigger than 360 and PS3 combined. FPS games will always be dominant on PC (Counter-Strike, Quake, Battlefield series, etc). Not saying that console version is 100% bad, but I think that FPS games on console are more noob friendly. Modern Warfare 2 on console has auto aim while Bad Company 2 does not, which means that Bad Company 2 takes more skill aim wise.

PC and console are completely different worlds. Still both competitive imo
