Anyone know a popular Honda forum?

Yea yea I know what you're all going to say... it's not for me, for my GF. I spoke with Vince @ Omega and he has two different types of films he uses nowadays.

1) Metal based (probably what most of us have since we aren't ballers) but basically the downside is that it grounds the car to itself, and sometimes the metal and stuff interferes with the radio.

2) Ceramic based film, same isht, no metal. Thicker film, but doesn't mess with electronics. Obviously, more cost about an extra 100 bux.

In any case, I was going to search on the Honda forum if the year civic she has will have any major interference with anyone who has metal based tint on her car. She drives a 2004 Civic EX sedan. If anyone knows lemme know!

Superhonda went downhill. I'd go to Honda tech.

Need some questions answered? Think I had over 5000 posts between the two before the data swaps a few years ago.

On this question... listen to Vince. One of the best around.

When I had my Type R (which was like 2000), Honda Tech was always good.

I'll agree with that. He also had a lot of information to give when speaking about his brand Newmar vs 3M and the differences of the ceramic and metal based films and cost. I had my tint done back in 2002, still clean and just as dark. That's why I wouldn't go anywhere else when looking for a tint job that guarantees.
