Jumbo in Millbrae is quite tasty. I concur!

Peony's not SO bad

But yeah, that new(er) place already had its triad shooting inaguration about half a year ago haha. And the food sucks anyway!

Tin's Tea House is food poisoning waiting to happen LOL.

Oh wait, there's no other place to eat, except for the one that looks like an old Chinese place, except it's lit up in neon, that place sucks too (cuz of recent shootings of MORE triad members!)
Oh yeah, Tin's Tea House is ok, again I know the owner's daughter (way cuter than Silver Dragon, but still a squat asian peasant lookalike)
wat are you telling me food in oakland sucks *gasp* blasphemy!!

any thoughts on that saigon resturant in richmond next to the ranch 99

Saigon is bomb for pho, well in that area, as pho in the bay tends to suck. tangent: for those of you who have ever been to Saigon, How bomb is Pho Hoa Pasteur?! Shizzle is amazing and a half

Seafood oriented place near Serramonte? You mean Koi Palace? Pretty tasty but the cooking style is bit "heavier" than the other places I recommended. Gets really noisy and crowded too. Dim sum prices are a fairly good value, dinner prices soar like the crane (if you order the good stuff) Oh, and service sucks **** there too =\
