Dude - that is seriously cheap. I don't think I'd trust a shop willing to do anything for that cheap.

dunlop/goodyear on blossom hill iono how much the doods up front will charge but maybe theyll give you a good price if you say you know me but for shure it wont be 10 dollars a wheel haah but demonpossed can vouch i do legit work =)

There are different balancing machines, different ways to mount a tire, and people making enough money to spend enough time to do them properly.
I don't know this shop at all so it's nothing personal. BUT I know that 99% of the time you get what you pay for
