My pocket bike won't pull at all, it goes up to about 15mph...it used to go upto 40 atleast thats what it says on the speedo, from time to time I can get it up to 40 but thats if I find a sweet spot on the throttle, if i go WOT it seems to bog down and struggle

I think you should do a basic service on it clean the air filter, clean the carb and clear the jet or jets, and put a new plug in it.Basic 2stroke service complete.good luck

Have you been premixing it? Oil in the fuel and chake the fuel can up before using?

How many turns out are the mixture screw on the carb?

This thing prolly only has about like 4 HP lol, I mix the gas inside the gastank, gas, oil, then octane boost. I tried adjusting the mixture screw and got it to stay on without stalling out. but it still needed the quick start fluid to start up, I even tried starting it without the air filter on
