I'd be down for it. Won't be including either of my cars in the shoot. One falls short of photo-quality and the nice one isn't running But would still love to get out there, do some shooting and meet some BAIC members.

 

the run way is fenced off. as for the streets of the base, i know that place in and out. there are some nice places to take small group shots. industrial ramps and stuff.

 

As pho shizzle mentioned, the run way IS fenced off. I'm pretty sure you need to go through Alameda city hall to get access to it (I tried before for to apply for an import 1/8th mile night). There should be other places to take pictures with decnet backgrounds (SF, naval ships).

 

i'd be down. Anyone have a vagabond II battery? I got lights but haven't got the battery yet.

 

The only other place would be Treasure Island. Although I think Alameda Point will suit all of us well.

Hey if everyone wants I will pack 2 laptops and a DVD burner so we can rip pictures off the cameras and burn them, if someone can bring a pack of disks?

 

LOL okay ill try to make it buddy. how about we all just bring flash drives? i think that'll be a lot faster to transfer, distribute, etc.

 

I'm down for this. Got my 5D2 and some glass... What time are we looking to get there and start shooting? Lighting will be much better in the late afternoon/evening...unless its overcast then we're good all day!
