Anyone interested in getting their lawns mowed and cars washed? (lol)

Hey guys so I'm a college student and am looking for a job this summer.

I was thinking of mowing peoples lawns and detailing cars for money this summer instead of getting a "real" job. Would anyone be interested in these services?

I was thinking of mowing a front lawn for 30-40 and include the back lawn for an extra 15-25.

Also thinking of washing and detailing cars.. wax, clay, wax wtc...

Trying to make about $1200 a month doing this. You guys think its possible?

Edit: Also: Would anyone pay to have their spark plugs changed on a subie? Ive done it on my GD Sti and it took about an hour. $75 labor sound fair..? Add on an extra 10 for oil change labor..

Do you have lawn mowing and car washing equipment?

Don't forget to pay your taxes.

Need references if you are going to detail my car. And no, I am not kidding.

My lawn is ~9.5 acres, $40 is a deal! Again, not kidding, but in my area mowing in July is a $1K fine (fire danger)

$1200 a month doing side jobs? Possible yes, likely no.

try doing a delivery job. Nice tips depending on area, and sometimes they pay for gas.
