I've already contacted planning division, which is basically why I want to talk to someone who works with the city and how it operates.

i was able to get a business license in fremont easy... but for some reason in milpitas they want me to go through all these hoops for a USE permit. she said if it was just that particular spot that I am looking @ or are they like that w/ everyone that applies for a business license.

i'm possitive its because of the certain type of zoning for a particular place... I was wondering if there would be a more efficient course of action...
