just waiting to happen really... altamont is seriously not a safe place to race in car this under prepped.

Or could just be all the morons that get involved in this. I dunno, i was all for racing in this until i heard its more like a destruction derby than a race. I don't want to get hit repeatedly, I want race.

ya that's totally not cool. RIP dude. i know these cars are hacked together like destruction derby cars, and most racers are on serious budgets. most likely didnt have a real good seat or hans device. thoughts and prayers go to his family and friends
