hey, restoring to a acronis .tib backup for my hp mini I made, well stupidly I made it before I activated windows. I don't have the number, it's win7 starter on hp netbook. If anyone can help that'd be cool.

Yes for windows 7 starter, it is mainly for NETBOOKS.


I need one in order to activate the windows, otherwise it's going to shut me down. I had a legitimate copy, but now I'm ****ed.

any idea what info I have to provide? We had the same netbook at my work for test, my boss gave me the serial # to use then, it's for starter so I don't even think there is a limit. Anyways I just don't see them helping me out, when they can make me pay.
