Question Anyone have tips on bumper swapping?

Or free time on Sunday? Swapping front bumper beams on my '01 RS this weekend. If anyone has tips, let me know!

only tips I have. Lay out a couple blankets. Grab a chair...or shop dollie. something that rolls and can drop low enough. Grab a beer and don't rush. It's pretty strait forward.

edit- as for free time. If I'm not in the middle of the hammy/mines drive I'll be in santa cruz sanding and cursing.

Nice - thanks! I figured, but there's always good in learning from others.

No worries, good luck with the sanding! I was going to try to make the drive, but I still need to put in my brake pads and don't want to delay the bumper stuff.

Thanks for the tips! Beer is a must. I have a few Polish creepers (ie pieces of cardboard) so it will be fine.

Are you getting a lighter beam? If so, can I get your regular one?
