Anyone have tips on bumper swapping?

only tips I have. Lay out a couple blankets. Grab a chair...or shop dollie. something that rolls and can drop low enough. Grab a beer and don't rush. It's pretty strait forward.
edit- as for free time. If I'm not in the middle of the hammy/mines drive I'll be in santa cruz sanding and cursing.

No worries, good luck with the sanding! I was going to try to make the drive, but I still need to put in my brake pads and don't want to delay the bumper stuff.
Thanks for the tips! Beer is a must. I have a few Polish creepers (ie pieces of cardboard) so it will be fine.
