I think they're okay for the price. Most of the headers available for the 2.5 seem to be around $600 anyway. I got the uncoated header with cat and it's around 700ish. Not bad I don't think considering most cobb stuff is usually expensive ($300 CAI ).
8 hp was just the gain a 5400rpm. If you read a little closer, the peak gains were +14.7 HP and +17.5 ft-lbs of torque. + 15 HP, I think is a pretty good gain. Add a little more since SLC is high up, and I think it's some damn good gains.
