Anyone in BAIC ever take care of Stagmomantis Californica (praying mantis) before?

Hey guys.. I just recently acquired a Stagmomantis Californica. Basically a praying mantid that is native to California. I was wondering if anyone you guys can give me tips on how to take care of her.

I did some research a lot and learned a lot through pet/insect stores. Found out she is female and the breed. Anyways ... She is almost a full adult. 3 inches long. a nice light brown color. Right now I bought some live crickets to feed her. Until i can go bug hunting to find some beetles, moths ect.

I understand that these are carnivorous creatures and have a good appetite. I'm still a little lost on how much to feed them. Some places say feed them every other day and others just once a day. Right now I'm currently feeding her one cricket a day. but i guess i should just monitor her eating habbits.

but any tips would be appreciative. I have good size habitat for her with soil and brush with branches and twigs to simulate its natural environment. And its tall enough so that she can molt.

Pics will be provided soon

Im a newbie when it comes to taking care of insects

- In England, Smokey the Bear is not the forest fire prevention representative. They have Smackie the Frog. It's just like
a bear, but it's a frog. I think that's a better system. I think we should adopt it, because bears can be mean; when you
see a bear, you say, "Oh no, here comes a bear! Run!" When you see a frog, you don't say, "Oh no, here comes a frog!
Run!" You say it more delighted: "Look, here comes a frog. I hope it comes next to me, so I can pet it, and put it inside of
this mayonnaise jar with a stick and a leaf, to recreate what he's used to. And I will poke holes in the top cause he's
damn sure used to oxygen."
