anybody got reccomendations on a good A/C shop?

any other place? whats the most one would pay, if you need to replace everything?

I'd drop by the Subaru dealer, pick up the o-rings, go to Kragen or Autozone, pick up the recharge kit, and DIY.

That's just my .02
