Any Linux/Unix experts wanna make some extra money on the side?

I'm currently enrolled in a unix/linux class and need some help in the upcoming weeks. Is there anyone in the south bay area that's well versed with unix as a whole (various shells), as well as red hat linux... I'll pay you for your time. Not sure what's fair, make me an offer.

It's pretty simple stuff, but it's an online class so it's difficult for me to retain some of the stuff without an instructor there to show me things I'm having trouble with....

I can come to you, we can meet somewhere, or you can come here. Whatever is easier...

I took a few linux/unix classes in college. Don't know how much I've retained since that was back in '07

I work with Linux daily at work. Are you needing tutelage in shell scripting or just basic linux commands?

Little of both, commands and overall tutoring in basic stuff. It's a basic Unix/Linux class, I'm sure it'd be a cinch for you.

I can pay you $25 an hour if you think that's fair? Probably wont be more than an hour per session though, and maybe a few sessions? Even if it's 30mins, I'll still pay you for the hour for your time. At least it buys half a tank of gas and I'll come to you or meet you somewhere.

IMO, the best way to learn is to come up with projects for yourself and work on it. You can understand the fundamentals better. Then break it, fix it, rinse and repeat. I've been in the field for 16yrs and that's how I started.
