Any install meets happening soon?

Just wondering if anyone was having an install meet coming up soon. I was supposed to get together and meet up with a few friends this weekend but they had other things to do. I have a few parts that I need help with, I have tools, but don't really want to try by myself.

Things I would like to put on if anyone wants to come over and make it an install day at my house.

UEL Header, Crucial Up Pipe, Swift Springs, that's it for now. I can spring for pizza and soda, I do not drink so therefore I will not be offering booze.

Either that or I wait another week to get these things put on

Aye. What Leo said. Getting people to go is easy. Finding someone to host is a different story.

I can host, only thing is I live in a coldasuck lol which is like a court with 2 streets coming into it. There is usually little or no traffic, there is a lot of parking spots in front of my neighbors house across from me. He is chill and will not trip on parking. I do not have a good jack and or more then adequate jack stands. I donated mine to my old race team I worked with

I can talk to my neighbors and see if it would be any problems to do this on Saturday. My family and I are usually really quiet and do not do too many things that make too much noise, well besides me and my car

Beefy Jack, beefy jack stands. Electric Impact Wrench, I will ask my neighbor if I can borrow his air compressor, tank and air impact. Only reason I said impact is because I know from suspension work I have done, it is always better to pop off and back on with an impact

MrMakeItRain you crack me up I have Mechanix gloves too.

Anything that would make this better easier for you guys if you do decide to do this? I will be going home later on tonight and first thing tomorrow I will ask my neighbor about doing this in Satuday, and seeing if I can borrow some tools that would make things easier.

Thanks again to all that have contributed to this thread so far.

I'm hosting a meet in the North Bay sometime in July. Of course, I don't suppose you're up to waiting that long, or driving that far for install work.

Saturday or Sunday is fine with me. I am available all day Saturday and after 2pm on Sunday. I have a decent sized back yard with a deck out in the back, I mean way out in the back of the backyard. Also have a bbq, I am not much of a chef but I can try to grill some patties or hot dogs. Will provide cooler full of water and soda as well maybe some vitawater or gatorade.

If not I will just volunteer to work at the USTCC race this weekend with my old race team

You don't drink therefore will not be offering booze?
Well I would never help someone do installs like an uppipe for soda... you would owe me at least a 12 pack of some kind of IPA...

Well let's say I use to have a problem and rather then AA, I just took care of it by myself. It's been nearly a year since I took care of my problem, so offering and being near booze would not be too smart for me, now would it??

I have some little 4th of July type gifts I may be able to hand out if that entices you a little more??
