Any B&B/Inn/Motel/Shanty recommendations north of S.F.
Well I am hoping to take the GF away for a few days in the coming weeks. I initially wanted to find a place on the coast, but it seems like you have to go pretty far north and pay more. Some other interesting B&B's I have been finding are on the Russian River, which seems pretty nice.
I am looking around the sonoma/sacramento area, and was hoping that some of you have been to any of the B&B's in that area. I have never been to a B&B before, but it should be cool cause I love sleep and breakfast is my favorite meal.
My price range is around $150 a night, and judging by the websites I've seen that seems pretty reasonable.
Thanks!

Some friends of mine own the River's End B&B on Highway 1 in Jenner (Sonoma Coast).

Depending on how far north you are willing to go, Mendocino is always a hit with the gf/wife. Plus it's a fun drive.

rent a cabin in tahoe for the weekend , u can get a good one for less than $150 a night easily... there's a great japanese place to eat somewhat close to the casino's. u could take her there for drinner then go to the casino's... take her to a b&b in the morning then go snowboarding or on a hike?
