I highly doubt they're going to change the sheet metal significantly now that the car is already in production AND selling well. Styling cues maybe, but the overall look is likely to be little changed.

I hope it's true. I first read about it on an Australian motoring website last week and a few others jumped on it after so I don't know how credible it is. But I would love the performance and interior of the 2015 inside of something closer to the concept. I'm holding out hoping that Subaru does it right.

It won't hit the 2016 WRX. But the Impreza, I wouldn't be surprised if it gets a refresh to include the WRX concept styling as it's time for its refresh. The WRX likely wouldn't see any significant body changes until 2018. The article pretty much alludes to this. Next big change to look forward to is likely the FA series DIT engine for the STI.

If you look at that concept closely, you can see how it translates to the 2015 in many ways.
I still don't see why people hate the 2015 so much. I was super bummed there wasn't a wagon option, and the 2015 looks 'more appealing to the masses' in a corolla sort of way.
I care far more about how it handles, in-cabin comfort and controls, and reliability than asthetics. These have always been selling points of the WRX. So far I love my 2015 CVT (coming from 12+ years driving manual). My only concern is some of the engine issues people have reported. Hopefully these issues get fleshed out before the end of the warranty.
