So I am stuck and I HAVE TO go to green valley for a part...its a 93 cent part, I am not going to napa to pick it up so I call Green Valley, tell them I want to order the part and I will have a friend pick it up and he is like we cannot do that you HAVE TO come here even though I told him I can give him a CC over the phoen or whatever so I ask to speak to the manager and he said he can do it, only if I send a check, so I say ok and I proceed to ask him for the part, So I say I need the Expanding Screw for the left side skirt for an 02 WRX and this guy says...WRX is that a car truck or what is it...WHAT THE ****?????????? Geez those guys are idiots!! so anyways im like its the Impreza and he says I dont understand sir... so I said Subaru and he is like ohhhh ok....I cannot belive how dumb those guys are...and while I am typing this I am on hold with green valley..I have been on hold for over 5 minutes...this is ridiculous...its taking him this long to look up a part
