Contact labor board and get it taken care of, been there and labor board takes care of it very quickly. Was quite surprised at how quickly they handled my labor dispute I had yrs ago.

yea.. sorry you're going thru all this ish...

i worked for them in customer service... after 6 days. i quit on the spot. the company is just completely unethical in every way possible... returns and customer issues are something they avoid and try to pawn off in every way possible...

i'd rather work at mcdonalds than there...
