damn that blow! i thought i got mine but it was just a notice saying that i should get it within 6 weeks of when i got the notice. i was like wtf is the point of even sending the notice out? but i got the check like 5 days later

its anyone who filed tax will get a check. $300 minimum =] and it depends on when you filed it. if you filed it close to the closing date, thne you will get it later, i filed mine early and got mine like a month ago.
the IRS... go figure...

Not everyone will get a check. From the IRS website " Your payment is reduced, or you may receive no payment at all based on your income level. The stimulus payment begins to phase out for individuals with adjusted gross incomes (AGI) over $75,000 and married couples who file a joint return with AGI over $150,000. The combined payment is reduced by 5 percent of the income above the AGI thresholds."
Check out the link here for payment schedules. If you filed electronically you get it faster than if you filed via paper. Although these dates are probably optimistic dates.

Got mine DD before the notice,but I never knew it was in there. I called the bank to check my balance and it said $600 deposited, and I was like woohoo.
