Thumbs up

Have you tried douching out your sinus'?

I'm serious...try this to clean out your sinus cavities.
You'll be amazed at how much crap comes out of your head after using this rinse.

It works well with cold symptoms as well.

+1 for Alavert, when I was in Washington DC, my allergies went crazy. Looked for something non-drowsey 24 hours and luckily I picked up a box of that. Worked wonders.

I think he's talking about nasal wash. It's salt water you squirt up your nose. Sonoma County is bad though. I didn't have allergies till I moved up here.

i live in sonoma county and ih ave horrible allergies

nothing works like chlorpheniramine maleate tablets

they are small *** 4MG pills, a 100 tablets costs like 3 bucks at any kaiser pharmacy

they are the only thing i've taken that gives 0 side effects, and works wonders on the pollen

i'd suggest trying it

i have severe allergies too. My doctor says you have to use it in combination. I use Rx nasonex for the nose, Rx pathanol(eyedrops), and claritin D. Works perfectly. Should be use for at least 2 weeks to take effect after that everthings fine
