I went to court this morning, but I dont really have any more information than what you guys already know. my ticket is due this wed, and I told them that I attempted to schedule an appointment with the state ref but they were closed. so all they did was give me a court date to see the judge, which is in another 3 months.

I was told by San Mateo Superior that I should come in and talk with the judge before my scheduled due date of appearance and she dismissed the case and pay a $10.00 dismissal fee.

isnt it awesome that you have to pay a $10 dismissal fee?!...what a fuc*ed up state this is that requires you to pay when they are the ones dismissing! i am born and raised here and very much a cali-kid but man i cant wait to get the flock outta here

+1 for the governator making all our money dissapear...finally something good comes out of it...now if we could just fix our roads, pay our teachers and maybe, just maybe, take care of our Vets
