no link just my opinion sorry, i dont see why they cant FINE you, its liek when u get a state ref ticket you either get it corrected by going to the ref or you pay the fine... in this case the ref is gone... so you must pay the fine im assuming
but i agree i can see most peoples tickets being dismissed if brought to court

I called. I have a ticket due the 28th of August.

but yeah... my ticket is due next wed the 13th, so im goin to court on monday. ill fill you guys in on the outcome. hopefully everything goes well...
