Weird how she got lost... I wonder if she did it for attention? You'd be amazed at how many kids do that kind of stuff.
Props to the rescuers for Sherlock'ing it and finding her.
I'm familiar with that area since we used to mountain bike through that area, and yes, some parts can get pretty sketchy in terms of terrain, but they make it sound like it was Mt Everest, it's nothing a MTB can't handle with ease.

daniel, don't assume it was an easy spot. my teamates said it was a tough spot and they are trained rescue workers trained in wilderness rescue 
if the say it was tough, then don't post an ego acting like it's easy. i'll take you there and video tape you on a bike then post on youtube
