What needs to be built in the bay somewhere is a huge cement lot with walls around it and have people sign a waiver then pay X amount of $$ to drive their car in there and whip as many donuts and roast as many burnouts as they want. If there was a spot like that I'm sure tons of people would show up as long as it didn't cost too much. **** I think it would be safe to say that it would become a popular spot for people to play with their cars on the weekend and be a very profitable business.

You know,
I really wish we had more race tracks. It really truly takes the speed/car stunt bug out of you.
There is nothing like taking Turn 8 at Thunderhill at 100mph or barreling down the corkscrew at Laguna Seca. I am sure plenty of guys enjoyed drifting at Altamount.
But the truth is that any and all opportunities is slowly going away. I was pretty young when they closed Baylands Raceway Park in Fremont. Some people resort to doing nothing, these guys do haphazard showboating in the middle of the freeway.
We may laugh at their myspace page. We may wish to see the ultimate punishment of the law come down on them. Honestly, I feel piety that there isn't a safe place for a person to play with their car, so that those people and us, and all our cars, could all be safe.

..id be SUPER stoked if Malibu Grand Prix off 101 Redwood City would let cars autocross there!
At least Riverside is being built in Merced with many kart tracks and a real road course...
Nothing will ever be as cool as the Japanese mtn courses like Ebisu

im sorry, but idiots like that make me ashamed to be apart of the human race, donuts are fun and all, but take it somewhere safe. People that make traffic on purpose should get hit with a MAC truck.

LOL I was stuck in this traffic...
At least they made it easy for the CHP to catch them:
AWD's are in the clear...can't do donutz...

At least they made it easy for the CHP to catch them:
- Video Tape it ALL and be sure to get FACES and PLATES
- Post it on a MYSPACE blog that has EVERYONE's car and links to their names and friends' names
- Drive around with a MARO BOYZ decal to make sure the CHP officer knows that he got the right car
AWD's are in the clear...can't do donutz...
