Holy crap! Just when you thought Oakland couldn't be any worse! Dude... 8 years old? They wont be charged... apparently they were released to their parents with a citation. 
They should lock those little bastards up!

Two boys, ages 8 and 10, allegedly used a BB gun to demand candy and cash from a cashier at an Oakland "ampm" store Thursday night, a police spokesman said.
The cashier called police around 7 p.m. to report the robbery at 9800 International Boulevard, and when police arrived they arrested the kids, who are cousins, police spokesman Jeff Thomason said.
The boys were released to their parents and are awaiting an initial appearance in court, Thomason said.
They live in the same house and likely do not have any prior records because they were able to go home instead of being taken to juvenile hall, Thomason said.

That was BY FAR the STUPIDEST thing I have EVER seen in my life! How f'ing STUPID do you have to be to do that? Un-f'ing-REAL!!!

That is hella funny cuz last nite I was taking my mom out for a little ride and ended up on Intnl and drove by the AM PM and there were like 6 squad cars there. My mom was like maybe they are taking a coffee break and I was like oh sure 6 of them chilling there for coffee and donuts with their blue and red lights on 
I am sure my mom knows about this, and I will be telling her about it as soon as I see her tonight. Lol oh em gee!!! That is some funny stuff about the PD Robbery vid too
