"Ok guys, update time, we hit the dyno last night with V80, the Coupe and 80tq, spectacular results all around =)
So I recently installed a new 4BAR Stage IIc ECU and 83LB injectors, cause lets face it, when you're consistently running 35+psi, a 2.5BAR MAP sensor won't cut it
The idea was to baseline the 80 with the new ECU and remap it, and maybe go back next week to hit a new high # with it. Well, the tuning went so well and easy, that we ended up breaking 600whp with NO trouble.
I had the ECU baselined to 8krpm and 26psi in about 8 pulls, the 9th pull we turned boost up to to 30psi, bam, 610whp, fine, lets do one more pull, 35psi, boom, 640whp! Wish you could have been there? Wish you could have been in the car? Ok, no problem :

New injectors are running at 85% duty cycle at 37psi. The dyno chart shows the dyno pressure transducer which reads about 2-3 psi low, you can see the boost gauge (in the video) and in the software boost is well over 35psi.
The car ran buttery smooth, nary a hickup, timing ramps up from 20d at the TQ peak to over 27d at 8krpm, still pretty conservative on 104. Believe it or not, the tuning is concervative at 640whp, fuel is on the rich side, timing is conservative, I could easily see adding in another 2-5d based on the EGT's.
Thanks to Nate, Christian and Dan (our new sales guy ) for breathing serious fumes for over 3 hours (also tuned the Coupe and V80, and baselined my stock A4), we were all pretty delerious from the fumes and results of the evening
Christian's Coupe laid down 405whp with about 24psi, also buttery smooth and dead nuts solid. V80 put down a whole 180 something wheel and a load of TQ.
Good times"
Looks like MarkSTi has some competition

Now you all know I'm "Subaru" to the bone, but there is something to be said about overbuilt european commuter cars! DAYAM! It was a rough ride shooting video from the backseat of a 600hp+ Kraut-Rocket, but someone had to do it. Complete engine control can go a loooong way in power AND reliability. Looking forward to getting an 034 ECU in my GC8 in the very near future!
The car was an '88 Audi 80 Quattro with a Garrett GT40 Turbo... Check out 80tq.com for specifics
