49ers 09/10 Season Thread

Yea, I knew the run n' gun from the first couple of games of the season topped out vs their conventional offense.
49ers "12" offense (1rb, 2 TE) is virtually impossible to cover with LBs, 49ers win in passing all the time, and still gives them the option to run. Walker + Davis = Best combo.
Their defense needs to hunker down and put pressure on Hasselback... and for the love of god if offensively linemen ARENT BLOCKING YOU. FOLLOW THEM.
Teams that know how to stop the screen passes are because the defensive line sniffs it out and chases from behind.

I hope Singletary gets his team together, and figure out how to use his personnel for next season.
Jimmy Raye sucks. Bring back Shanahan. Bring back Mike Martz, (who led the Rams that won the Superbowl and made Kurt Warner the crazy passing threat he is). He can spread, he can get the ball deep.
Sick of this season, hope the 49ers pick up a couple of cool draft picks next year.

There's no "better" with this week by week inconsistency. I don't see any team growth, but Crabtree and Davis definitely going to develop into good players. As far as the team goes, this team is like a box of chocolates. You don't know if you're going to see what the 49ers are trying to be, or the lost team they were last year.
