I took the 32" 550 series Samsung back and picked this up instead; http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...281&Tpk=t260hd

Overall much happier with the performance as a monitor

BTW this is a sick thread. Perfect timing since I'm def picking up at least a 40in before X-mas. Hoping to get 1080p and something that will make DVDs and the PS3 look nice. Also hoping to spend not much more north of $1000 before tax ;p
