Which group tends to have a more "stock WRX power" friendly B group?
I know TEAM tends to have a lot of Miata's on R-comps; crazy cornering traction but little power in the straights.
My last couple runs with TMR and Unlimited the B group had 400+hp cobras, 911 turbo's, C6 vettes, and modded M3's which I'm completely outclassed by in power. It's usually low modded WRX's like me , the R32's, E30's, and mini's that are constantly giving the point by's. (Skill wise, we all seemed "B-ish")

speed ventures' groups are pretty well organized into 4 classes.
red-full race mod
black-advance
blue-intermediate
white-noob
Last time at thunderhill my buddy and I went in our stock cars with the blue group. While there may be some nice cars out, skill wise everyone was pretty similar.
There was even a lambo that tried to run in the blue group last time, but they made him go up a couple classes haha.

I'm going to this event, you should see if it'll fit into your schedule. I think a couple Evo guys will be there too:

I'm going to this event also. Not sure of your track experience, but if you are new to the track and have any questions just pm me. Of course you are supposed to have a few days of experience when running with GGLotus club. It is usually real obvious when someone who has never been on the track heads out onto the track for the first time. There are groups better set up for beginners to run with for the first day or two like TEAM and Trackmasters. Once you get a day or two the Lotus club is great. Always more track time than you and or your car can handle. See you there. Brian
