Do I have to pay $5 to buy a raffle ticket?

Now, lets say I win the built engine. If it doesn't come with a warranty can I get a partial refund on my raffle ticket cost?

Anything to offset that financial blow of $5-$10?

Why not have the DC caravan meet up with the SF caravan. You'll have to pass right by the SF meet spot anyway. Provided it is in the Marina.
