When I was installing bushings, that nut that you have to take off to slide the OEM bushings out came off, and my shift lever had too much play, I drove it to Stevens Creek cause it was the closest and I was kinda worried. All they did was order 3 parts and it took then a little over 3 weeks.

Few years back some fork in my tranny got busted, they said it was my fault it was broken without explaining how for sure it was my fault. The car was still under warranty but I had to pay for it anyways. The car had just about near 30k miles at the time during all this. When I took my car into the shop it took them 2 months to fix. First month they constantly had problems in trying to replace this fork. I walked in after the first two weeks during that month and saw the tranny nearly put back together yet it took them 2 weeks just to finish it off.
When I called back after the first month, they told me THEY somehow totally wrecked the tranny. They weren't able to fix it so they said they'd give me a brand new one along with a whole new clutch for making me wait so long. I had to wait another month until they installed that brand new tranny. Although it was nice that they gave me all that free stuff, they still made me pay that $1k to replace the fork. They also got me a "free" loaner from enterprise since all their loaners were out. I ended up paying about another $1k in loaner fees to enterprise.

I had problems wit Stevens creek subaru in Sept and then left a bad survey for Stevens creek. Last week i get a call from Capitol subaru inviting me to come there for service and the owner promised me that he will take care of my car. Great call and i will drop the car there.
bottom line stevens creek is sick and hopefully the dealership will close.
