We have a 3-bedroom house in Newark, CA with one room available for move in on November 1st. The first month's rent and security deposit would be $1000 and the monthly rent is $500. The monthly expenses (Water, Waste, Lawn, Electricity, Internet) come to about $120 a month. It's a month to month lease and you'll need to have a credit check and sign a lease. The house is near the 880, 84, the dumbarton bridge and union city/Fremont Bart stations. The house is a ranch style with a large living and dining room split by a large kitchen. There are 4 rooms and one is a dedicated office. The rooms are a fairly large with decent closets. Really nice neighborhood with back yard, grill and two car garage. There are two current renters and we are working professionals, but do like to party on the occasional weekend. We are 26 years old and looking for a roommate that is responsible and easygoing. Female/male, clean, straight, 420 friendly, likes music (all but country). We are easy to get along with as long as you take care of your end of the responsibilities.
