I'm also trying to make my car as unattractive to cops as possible so the likely hood of me getting pulled over is lowered.
As for 700 fogs... maybe it's not 700 but around 600. I think it's 395 + 150 for bumper beam + tax = about 600 bucks. That's a lot of dough to throw down IMO.
And as for the gold rims, I know they're not sleeper, but I still want a set. I'll never understand why people care so much about what other people do to their own cars.

I don't know man, I think my car is going to look pretty sweet when it's got the spoiler off and the USDM fogs in.
I also heard it's a major **** to cut the bumper beam.
