I know a douchebag that owns a silver 2001 Audi (tall Vietnamese dude, is that an oxymoron?) S4 that has red and blue lights on the underside of his sun visors... He flips them down and "screws with people". I swear to god I almost punched him in the throat...

So yeah, I wouldn't pull over for anyone unless its a truly marked car or you can REALLY tell its a cop (cop radar, lights mounted correctly, etc). If it looks sketchy, then it probably is.

F yeah it sucks. i know its against drivers code, but there are some sections i can treat as a 2 lane hwy, basically like 17, where i cross over the yellow *gasps* and pass them. That's only at night of course when i can see oncoming headlights in advance on a long S straight or obtuse section of road So i figured doing that maneuver with blinking red blue lights would make it safer

since some dickwads get mad when i do this and try to swerve at me at 15mph lol, then they flash their highbeams...thats when i turn my lights off and drive in front of them using their headlights LOL so much fun to rub it in their face after they rubbed it in mine intentionally avoiding turnouts.

That's the 5 minute section, the other 15 minutes are on an unpainted road, but usually people will pull over on that road since we are "potential neighbors"

Misdemeanor? i thought it was a felony! haha.
Maybe i'll settle for strobing lights and Kragen SFX siren?

Maybe i'll use 101 for SF from now on...and play bumper cars.
If the cop that nails you with radar is not visible from both sides of the road, go to court and tell the judge, it'll get thrown right out, which includes all 3 vista points!

I would have killed that guy. Unless he is a really good buddy of yours I would not feel bad calling the cops on his ***...If he is, do punch him The only time I got lit up by an unmarked car I just put on my hazard lights and drove slowly to the nearest lively area I could see, which happened to be a really busy gas station

you can see them lined up ready to go, going the opposite way, usually southbound, since they wait on the NB speeders.

So youre saying if you cant clearly see their car, they cant charge you?

I saw a CHP on 280 out of SJ over a crest against the center divide getting people that speed over the hump over Lawrence.

I'd be pretty wary of any undercover car, especially an STi, 350Z or G35. I've heard of unusual police and government vehicles, including Tahoes, Chargers, Mustangs, Camaros and Dodge Rams, but never any imports. I don't think law enforcement agencies utilize import vehicles, especially since they often have contracts with the big three for their vehicles, but I could indeed be wrong.

So my aircraft speeding ticket should be thrown out! i couldnt see him in the sky, that was the biggest load of BS in my life...not to mention it was 17months and 25 days since my last ticket, just 5 or so days shy of being eligible for traffic school, but no all i got from the Judge was a reduction and point on my record

To say that they are rigorous is an understatement.

My friend in Edinburgh tried to get a job with the Metro and he is still in line for basic training.
