i dont know there is complaints against these things.

for example, last week, oakland PD had a similar thing. people complained that having no DL was a way to arrest illegal aliens...

the drunk driver who hit me didnt have a legal dl he didnt have one at all the state took it away when he already had 2 DUI's hitting me made it his 3rd.

DUi check points are great... I am 100% behind it.
But we all know its going to be a state ref check point if we pull in. I bet if your drunk, Roll thru happen to have a sticker or a nos bottle, They will not even test you.

They will just tear your car apart. ... lol

**But officer.... I'm drunk and I only got a muffler ticket... lol
