Lol! Bumped my post from over a year ago!
I've got 2 switches, a battery kill switch and a fuel pump kill switch, both very hidden. Since I've painted it OD green, no one's even looked at it sideways lol.

Oh crap. Necro thread bump FTL. At least I wasn't the original person bumping it...just didn't read right.

Cable locked BOTH front wheels to the frame
Removed the battery
Locked the brake and clutch pedal in place with a comercial lock.
Locked the transfer cases both into low/low
I am adding:
Removable stering wheel
Key lockable line lock
Yes I am paranoid about my 4runner, I am even considering putting in a tie down hoop into the driveway and cable/chain locking the crossmember to the driveway.

I was going to suggest this to the OP as well. I've done similar things in my garage for my bikes. I used a concrete drill and redhead bolts + concrete adhesive to bolt down hardened lockdown points.

I am thinking more like aircraft ones are done, Cut out a 1 foot square then dig down a extra foot, put in rebar in the hole, then weld the loop to that, and pour in the cement again

Yep, and when I park/drive it I redo the brake/clutch lock, kill the power (hidden system), arm TWO alarm systems (hidden backup), and lock the transfer cases into low/low.
You have to understand dude, as some here have seen my crawler, I have more into just the drive line than most folks have into their whole car.

Part of the problem of living in the city and driving a crawler is they're usually based off of old tech and old security. I've heard of rigs getting stolen even with the cement tie downs, but that sounds like a great idea anyways!
BTW overbear, did you ever get a welder? I'm on break and I'm finally getting around to doing all the crap that I've set aside for the truck, and I need to get my sliders welded up
