anyone that didn't buy their house before the 80's is allowed to mooch. How the hell are you supposed to survive with all these nerds running around raising house prices.

That will be the day when i give $1000 a month away for a house i will never own. I live at home now, will graduate in a year, but I'm not getting my own place until my GF graduates in 3 years. save save save. guess that means selling my other car lol.

GIVE $1000 as in throw it away renting. Just saying its easy for people who are 30-40 years old to call out moochers who are out of high school.

I understand why you wouldnt want to pay the car off, but your not exactly debt free.

My fiancee and I have auto and student loan. No credit card or other debt, but that does not make us debt free.

I think you are being smart about your debt, but to say you are debt free in untrue.

Yea, plus the job market (at least in my field) is ***. I don't live at home just to have a lot of money for useless crap, I do it because I have to. What little I do get from working, I'm paying off student loans, put food in the fridge that I eat, and pay for commuting expenses. Sorry for getting off topic. I can't wait for the day I'm debt free. :P

sucks for Seniors too. They shouldve bought that house on the coast in Santa Cruz for $30,000 in the 60's! My Grandpa passed on that, and my other side of the family chose to buy a house in Cupertino instead of Saratoga for the same price in the 60's
