yes.

But why would you want to use a wrx exhaust? A good used custom one with a flowmaster or dynomax muffler can be had for 100-130 and those are dope. makes V8 sounds.

The WRX exhaust isn't very good actually. As Verc said, a custom setup is inexpensive and yields excellent power gains if you use mandrel bent pipe, preferably 3" ID. But if you want to use an exhaust intended for a WRX, you can, you just have to rotate the flange and reverse one hanger.
