Hi,
The hood is Carbon fiber and most people do not paint over these, but you can. As far as shipping to Hawaii is concerned we have the best shipping rates for big items.

i was browsing on your site and i saw a oem vis carbon fiber hood for $475. Can i get that price pick up? and how far is stockton away from galt? it is the same area code but i am not familiar with the area.
