19 year old kid + brand new evo 9=?????
stupid kid wrecking my s2000....
hard to tell in this picture...but my suspension is tweaked. my right rear tire wore out at least 2-3/32ths
outside damage...
inside damage...
I was crusing around 70-75 in the carpool lane chatting it up with my girlfriend, when i look in the rear view mirror and see this black evo 9 speeding up behind me going at least 90-100 mph. by the time i saw him he was about 15 ft away from my car. i immediately say "oh ****" and right when i finish my sentence, he hits me in the right rear corner... the suspension is tweaked, steering wheel is off by about 20 degrees, followed with the obvious body damage. im really hoping that he bent the unibody, because i DO NOT want to keep this car anymore...
This goes out to all the other kids that LOVE to ****ing drive stupid on the roads all the time. CHILL THE **** OUT AND KEEP THAT **** ON THE TRACK! THE FREEWAY IS NOT A RACE COURSE SO STOP SWERVING IN AND OUT OF TRAFFIC.

that's the problem with kids.. they usually don't buy their cars, and don't understand the value of them. gifts are never appreciated by kids, cuz they don't understand the value of the dollar.

I was driving on the freeway today and I was going 75-80 (the flow of traffic on 101 from Gilroy to SJ) and a WRX comes by flying and slows down to wave at me, after he waves the dude guns it and starts swearving through traffic going 100 mph. He looked like he was 17 or so. The dude just makes all suby drivers look bad

holy ****, that sucks to hear and see.
glad youre ok bro.
seriously, kids do not appreciate the things they are given. i personally think they shouldnt be driving those kinds of cars in the first place.

WTF... traffic is no excuse for rear ending another car when you have brakes as awesome as you have in the EVO. If that asshat actually tracked it or autox'ed it instead of street bowling he would know...
sigh..

Nat, from that Evo board post, I'm guessing you got his info since he snapped an axle and couldn't head anywhere. Atleast you have one witness with Elisa though. Good luck with all the insurance crap, maybe a sledge might "help" the frame be tweaked? Glad to hear you're okay though.
