Unhappy Installing after market hid kit (foglights)

I just installed an after market HID kit on my '02 WRX. I'm not having a problem w/the installation, actually that part was very easy. But after I installed them, and mounted my ballasts my fog lights stopped working. When I first turned on my headlights and foglights, to see how they looked together they worked, but then after I cleaned up and but everything away and then started my car they wouldn't come on. I'm hoping someone out there can help me in solving this problem. I'm not good w/wiring at all so any help you can give me will be greatly appreciated. Thanks...

my hid headlights are pretty finicky if i shut them off then try and turn them on again sometimes they wont, but i just have to re-turn them on and it will work.

Similar with my fogs (stock). If i turn them off and try and turn them on, sometimes it wont work. I just have to press the button on and off until they come on (which eventually they will do)

So suggestion, try turning them "on" and "off" multiple times to see if they turn on.

There're actually working pretty well ever since you helped me out that day at Jeff's. I've only driven the car a few times at night since you helped me but so far so good. When is the HELLAFLUSH meet?

Switch around the components and see if it works. Most likely you have 1 bad ballast.

Try reversing the polarity on the ballast sometimes on non-HID aplications this method is required, what kit did you buy DDM?
