Help! Clunking sound after installing cusco sway bars

I have installed cusco front and rear sway bars last week and now i have a clunking sound from the front of the car when i drive at low speeds, parking lot speeds when i go over bumps or turn (both left and right). I went under the car and retorqued every bolt involved during the installation (endlinks, swaybar mounts, AND the subframe) the clunking went away for one day, then suddenly came back again...any ideas on what it could be?

My bars clunk except when I freshly lube the bushings.

Are you using stock endlinks?

yeah i am using the stock endlinks, i lubed the bushings with white lithium grease the same day i retorqued everything, so i'm not sure if that's the same case for me

Some folks suggest wrapping the bar with teflon tape. I tried that too but it was only a temporary fix.

Check around the subframe etc to make sure the bar is not able to hit anything when you hit a big bump.

mine was clunking in the rear due to the bolt coming out of the endlink/swaybar attachment. On one side my swaybar wasn't attached to anything and the endlink was just hanging there.

I don't think Lithium grease has very good film strength. I tried the teflon tape, it seems to last longer than anything else (about a month...ha!).

No other installs to the suspension? ALKs, strut tops, and spring/strut swaps are notorious for inducing clunks. If you haven't done that, try adjusting the setting on your sways to see if that helps. If it does, your endlinks could be contacting the sway bar where the spade end is flattened and the bar gets round again.

Your might be binding in the front and cluncking.

Loosen it up and then re-tighten it.
