Car Info: ?
that is a very broad question to ask. what are your goals for your car? auto-x, track, drag, daily driver, etc ? budget?

there are too many turbos out there to be able to suggest 1 that's the "best" w/o knowing more info.

What time/trap are you shooting for?

Thought about having your 13g ported n polished? I believe that Hotrod has seen some awesome results with going that route. He is seeing like 12.9 or so with it (time is corrected for elevation).

I think Deadbolt are prominent for turning stock turbos into heavy breathers.

I say 18g or port and polished vf22. Great top end on both turbos. 18g a litlte more potential though.

By the way, are you limiting yourself to just IHI turbos? There are a lot of other bolt on turbos that will yield a lot better results, depending on what you're looking for.
