what kind of rims, there were people there but my feet were like ice so i left around 10 30 ish

No, there are people at 8 pm. I live half a block away from the meet, so I am there at that time if I am in town.

 

How about "filipino time" is that the same too? hahaha
seems like that's how it is with this meet. the regular ppl show up on time and everyone else goes by the flip time
